Every business is unique and not everyone needs all of the same account keeping software features.

We start with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to get to know you and your business, analyse your needs, understand your current bookkeeping system and your goals for the future.

After our call, we will email you a list of information we need to get started. From there, we do all the bookwork so you can focus on the work that makes you money.

We specialise in Xero and are a Xero Partner. 

We also have experience in Quickbooks Online and MYOB.  

Darryl is Xero Advisor Certified, Xero Payroll Certified and a Quickbooks Online Proadvisor.

We include 2 training sessions, of up to 45 minutes each, to make sure you are up to speed with all of the functions and tools available to you.

We will also

  • Set up the Chart of Accounts

  • Set up the bank accounts and bank feeds

  • Set up your contacts

  • Customise your dashboard

  • Create a branded invoice template

Xero was created in Wellington, New Zealand in 2006.  It quickly grew to be one of the most popular account keeping software programs in the world thanks to its user friendly setup and large array of features.  

As a Certified Xero Partner, Mum & Dad's Bookkeeping can offer small businesses great deals on packages that are not available to the public.

We have access to packages as simple as Xero Ledger package from just $5 per month right through to the Premium packages starting at $65 per month.

We set up your account to perfectly fit your organization and help meet your business goals.

The aim is to minimize your time and stress, and give you clarity and control over your business finances.

This step typically takes around two weeks from the time we receive your information.

training

Once your account is set up, you get two one-on-one training sessions.

 

We show you how to make the most of the tools and features that are relevant to your business.

 

You learn how to use  the powerful features to your advantage so you can make the most out of the information you have available.
